True health is gained from the inside out and this doesn't have to be a struggle to obtain.

Expensive lab tests or a plethora of supplements aren't always necessary. The key is identifying the right piece of the puzzle to address first, like untangling a necklace.

Once you tackle the first knot, the others become easier to unravel. We prioritize working with your immune type, rather than against it, as a fundamental aspect of our treatment approach.

Identifying your immune type could be the critical missing piece in your journey to address any health concerns.

What sets us apart?

We have a knack for breaking down traditional frameworks and outdated modes of thinking.
Just because something has been done a certain way for a long time doesn't necessarily mean it's the best approach.

It's time for a new perspective when it comes to healthcare.

If you've been undergoing the same treatment plan for six months or six years without seeing any improvement, we have a message for you:

it's not effective.

Why do we differ from allopathic medicine?

Allopathic medicine, in my opinion, is reactive to sick health and not preventative and does not adequately address autoimmune disease or chronic illness.

Conditions do not simply manifest overnight, and the body often sends warning signs that are overlooked or masked by medication.

Unfortunately, individuals with health issues are often dismissed by their physicians or loved ones. I prioritize listening to my clients and empowering them to tune in to their body's signals that something is not functioning properly.

Main focus?

As a coach, my main duty is to educate clients, in order to reach your desired outcome, we must first comprehend your journey, including the reasons for your current health concerns or diagnosis. We take pride in taking the time to explain things that others have overlooked or neglected.

Discover Your Immune Type: Th1, Th2, Th17/Treg

It's normal to be puzzled by these alphanumeric codes.

We'll help you understand what they mean and how they can impact your health.
The immune system has several ways to respond to threats, and when it's constantly under stress, it can get stuck in a particular mode.
This is where knowing your immune type comes in handy.
For instance, have you ever wondered why some people seem……

Identifying your immune type and how your body reacts to stressors is crucial in addressing the root cause of your symptoms and achieving optimal health.

Less Testing?

Many Functional Medicine Practitioners excessively run costly lab tests that are either not financially feasible or not entirely necessary.

Spending thousands of dollars before starting a protocol is not a prerequisite. Therefore, we steer clear of this financial minefield and concentrate on the fundamentals.

However, do we still carry out functional lab tests? Absolutely! But only when they are relevant or when someone is unresponsive to treatment.

There are only a few tests that we find practical, based on the likelihood of things that could be missed or overlooked. Since no man-made test is ever entirely trustworthy, we would prefer to allocate your funds to the solution whenever feasible.

Fewer Supplements?

In our practice, we believe that taking too many supplements can sometimes cause more harm than good.

It is not uncommon for clients to be prescribed a long list of supplements to manage their symptoms without addressing the underlying problem. While natural supplements can be beneficial, they may only provide temporary relief without addressing the root cause of the issue.

At our practice, we aim to prescribe only a few supplements at a time, typically around 3-4, to ensure that our clients are taking only what they need and are not overloading their bodies with unnecessary supplements.

We focus on finding the root cause of the issue and addressing it through lifestyle changes and other interventions, rather than just relying on supplements to manage symptoms.

Simplified Protocols?

We believe that complicated protocols are not always the answer to solving health issues.

Instead, what you need is a simple and effective approach that targets the root cause of your symptoms.

We don't rely on the latest diet fad or trendy superfood to fix the problem. Our goal is to help you identify the core issue, and provide a protocol that is easy to follow and tailored to your specific needs.

We prioritize simplicity over complexity, and my clients appreciate the ease of our approach. Your symptoms or diagnosis is not what defines you to us. It doesn't provide any information about who you are or how you ended up where you are.

Rather than focusing on the symptoms or diagnosis itself, we aim to address the root cause of the inflammation and your individual medical history.

It's important to recognize that symptoms or a diagnosis cannot be treated in the same way for everyone because everyone's solution is unique.

Don’t ever let a doctor or someone’s opinion dictate what your future will look like.

A prognosis is only an educated guess based on other people. Not you.
